Teacher acceptance criteria at Tartil Online

At Tartil Online we connect students with qualified Quran teachers. The criteria below explain what we review before activating a teacher profile on the platform and website.

General requirements

• Excellent Quran recitation with proper application of Tajweed rules.
• Valid Ijazah or connected sanad in Quran recitation (Hafs an Asim is preferred).
• Clear online communication with students.
• Professional conduct and respect toward students and parents.
• A quiet, suitable environment for live online sessions.

Qualifications and experience

• Prior experience in Quran memorization, recitation, or Tajweed instruction (in-person or online).
• Comfort with basic digital tools for remote teaching.
• Islamic studies or education certificates are a plus.

Application and review steps

1. Complete the teacher registration form in the Tartil app.
2. Upload required documents (Ijazah, ID, and experience summary).
3. Attend an online evaluation interview with the Tartil team.
4. Provide a recitation sample when requested.
5. Receive final approval after completing the profile and work schedule.

After acceptance

• Follow Tartil platform policies and teacher terms.
• Attend sessions on time and maintain teaching quality.
• Keep available slots updated in the app.
• Protect student privacy and do not share session content outside the platform.
